关于我
I'm Szilvi, I teach Hungarian as a Foreign language and also teach English. I started my teaching carrier more than ten years ago, and I've gained a lot of experience, as well as teaching English and Hungarian.
My students were from all ages, from 3 to 73. I used to be a Head teacher of a Hungarian Department of a language school stated in Budapest. I realized that teaching is my passion so I changed to be a full time teacher. Beside of Verbling I also teach in various language schools in Budapest (now online) as well as in an Online American School.
As I moved a lot during my life, I realize what it means not knowing the language of the country you are planning to live. That is why I understand my students wish to learn at a higher speed and be able to speak in a short time.
Mainly my students are not linguists, I don't focus on using "very grammatical expressions", but make it as understandable as possible.
I myself also a student (I learn Italian), so I completely realize the struggle to start to speak in a strange language you haven't even heard before. I make my lessons completely stress-free and enjoyable, using various games and implement different techniques.
If you are interested only having conversations or maybe preparing for the citizenship exam, I'm more than happy to help you.
To be honest, even after teaching for such a long time it makes me so proud if my students start to use the language I love.
