Hello, dear people!
My name is Anka and I come from a beautiful Balkans country called Serbia. I am an English and Serbian teacher from Serbia so I teach two of my favorite languages. I have a Degree in teaching languages and literature, graduating from The Belgrade University, department of Philology and I am also a passionate lover of my mother tongue.
Learning a second language can be challenging, sometimes stressful and pressured, but I firmly believe that a good teacher should know how to motivate and move those uncertain of their abilities to learn a new language and also how to encourage and support those willing to improve their knowledge.
I enjoy teaching Serbian so I always do my best to help students feel comfortable and relaxed in my classes and go step by step.
It would be my pleasure to help you learn Serbian, my native language or English, the language I fell in love with when I was 4 years old.
My methodology
Material for every lesson consists of 10-15 documents: word documents, pictures, links, videos, etc.
It's age-appropriate and adjusted to your level.
My method is based on communication. I’ll make you communicate in Serbian from the start. With me you’ll train to use grammar naturally and speak with confidence.
You will get: grammar lessons; writing, listening, reading and speaking exercises; stories and poems ; interesting links; images for description; topics for conversation, etc.
If you are a child, I will send you more entertaining contents - cartoons, pictures, videos, and we will learn Serbian and English in a funny and easy way.
My vision
is to produce the best courses for teaching English and Serbian language and culture at all levels and make my best lessons available for everyone, however busy you are.
I can tailor ✂ a study plan just for you and make a list of topics for conversation and discussion. Further more we can practice some useful everyday expressions and some practical grammar. If you need conversation lessons it offers us a great amount of different activities and ways to practice. I love working with active and outgoing students who are not afraid to answer a challenge. There would be a lot of interesting exercises, tasks, music , different topics from everyday life and culture.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon and studying through having a great time.
