Hello everyone, my name is Alexandra, but please call me Alex.
I live in the stunning city of Cape Town, South Africa.
I am a qualified TESOL English teacher and I have many years of business experience, from general administration, organizing events and supervising of staff, as well as experience in property management / rental sales, and au pairing. I believe having this much experience in my career path, can help in my teaching methods. I have dealt with all kinds of situations and have met so many different people, which has allowed me to gain knowledge in many different aspects of life. I am very lucky to have taught in these fields of work where needed, whether it be a new staff member or not, as teaching has always been what I have wanted to do.
I really enjoy helping others to the best of my ability and to achieve their goals.
My hobbies include reading, being outdoors, horse riding, and spending time with my friends and family.
I believe learning should be fun, as it makes your experience much better and there is more of a relaxed and comfortable environment.
I love getting to know new people and learning about all their different experiences throughout life. Everyone has a story to tell as we all come from different backgrounds, cultures and countries. You can then tell me what your goals are in learning English, no matter the level you wish to achieve and I will prepare my lessons accordingly. I would love to teach you, whether you are a beginner or are more advanced in the English language. Your goals are my goals.
