关于我

Hi everyone! My name is Emily, I am a qualified Tefl teacher from England currently living in Barcelona. I am a Native english speaker with British and Chilean nationality with a GCSE and an A level in spanish. I have experience teaching english to adults levels A1,A2 and B2 in groups and private tutoring. I am currently teaching a big class of eight year olds and a group of teenagers a couple times a week in Barcelona.

I have a proffesional, patient and diverse approach to teaching. I create my lessons to be entertaining and enjoyable, for children especially I use lots of games and rewards. I believe the best way to learn any language is to practice speaking and so talking to a native speaker is essential to progress at whatever english level you are at. Following guidelines for exam preperation is essential, but that doesnt mean the lesson cant be fun. I want all my students to feel comfortable and so I strive for my lessons to be engaging and educational.

I focus my private lessons on the students individual needs and desires in order to help you meet your language goals, whether that be to pass an exam, language for travelling, job interviews, or just because you have a passion for english!
