Hi there!

I've been teaching English since 2001, when I earned my TESL certification in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I can teach all levels of General English (A1-C2) as well as Business English and IELTS and CAE exam preparation.

I can also provide academic tutoring and help with papers, presentations, and any other assignments you may have. In 2013, I received my PhD (Social and Political Thought, York University) and in 2015 I completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in philosophy at Queen's University (Kingston, ON), so I know what it takes to produce strong academic work!

I have a wealth of resources at my disposal and can adapt my classes to suit each individual student's specific learning needs. My many years of teaching have given me the skills and experience I need to make classes fun, interesting, and helpful.
