who does it look like

I am interested in one grammar detail. If I ask small kids to describe a picture where there’s a woman and a boy cleaning the room and point to the lady asking,
"So, who does it look like? Do you think, this is a mom?"
Is ‘it’ possible to use here? Is it possile to use 'she'?
