I am an Egyptian native speaker of Arabic and qualified, experienced senior Arabic language instructor. I’ve been teaching Arabic as a Foreign and Second Language for 30 years in various institutions. Throughout the years, I’ve taught all levels of Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Egyptian Colloquial Arabic (ECA) to a wide range of nationalities and students for different cultural backgrounds. I also taught content-based courses designed to enhance critical thinking such as TV news-writing and reporting to non-native speakers of Arabic as well as native speakers at the Department of Mass Communications. In my teaching style, I use the communicative approach and include visual aids, games, authentic materials, and language functions to meet the objectives of the students. اهلاً وسهلاً Hey everyone ! My name is Samar Saad and I am an Arabic teacher. I teach Fosha Arabic as well as the Egyptian and Sham accents. I have been teaching for three years and I started teaching for foreign language learners two years ago. I teach Arabic for different fields and forms, for example, business and academics, for students of different nationalities and levels.
