I joined Capita as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in December 2005 and was responsible for placing Interim Managers in senior management posts within the Local Government sector. • In June 2007, I moved across to a different area of the business and was promoted to Account Manager. • In that role I headed a team that run complex recruitment campaigns for senior and specialist public sector roles. I was responsible for advising on and organising advertising media and schedules, the creation of recruitment websites, response handling, assessment and short-listing, interviews, referencing/pre-appointment checks and providing management information/statistics at the end of the campaign.
