Hello 😊 My name is Nicola (Nikki). I am 30 years old. I am an experienced teacher from Cairns (in Australia). In Cairns, I love to walk up mountains, swim in waterfalls and lakes, and snorkel in our Great Barrier Reef.
I love my home, but I also love to travel. At the moment, I am travelling through Latin America. I am speaking Spanish. My Spanish is at an intermediate level.

Around 8 years ago, I graduated from university with a Bachelor of Education in primary (elementary) school teaching. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability. In addition, I have a Graduate Certificate of Education in Early Childhood Studies and A TEFL qualification (for teaching English). I received an ‘outstanding’ grade for my TEFL qualification because of my experience and my love for teaching.

Because of my teaching experience and studies, I can teach from young children all the way through to adults. I can teach from beginners all the way through to the advanced levels (including academic). I can teach students from any language background.

In my lessons, the most important thing for me is that you speak as much English as possible (even at the beginning stages). I will track your progress and use many tools to help you do this. I teach grammar and vocabulary together to help you communicate from the very beginning.
