Which country is the best choice for travelling in February?

Hi, since Chinese Spring Festivals(chun1 jie 2  春节） is around the corner, we Chinese are looking forward to it, especially for the vacation. I am wondering that which country in February is the best season for travelling?  England?  Switzerland?  Canada? USA? Australia?
