For intermediate level and above, it depends on your preference, we can focus on conversation or working on JLPT exam, read news articles together, etc. I have over 7 years of experience working for Japanese and American financial firms in Tokyo's financial district. Much of that experience involved verbal and written translation between senior Japanese and American business people.
