Do you ever feel like your English is good… but when the pressure is on—during a job interview or speaking exam—you’re not sure how to organize your thoughts or express yourself clearly?
I’m Chris, an English teacher with over 15 years of experience helping people communicate confidently when it matters most.
My lessons focus especially on:
• Job interview preparation
• Speaking exams (IELTS / TOEFL)
• Professional communication
For interview preparation, we go beyond memorizing answers. We’ll review your work history together and identify the accomplishments and strengths that employers are actually looking for. Many people overlook the value of their own experience—I help you turn those “ordinary” things you’ve done into strong points that stand out in an interview.
For speaking exams, I’ll help you develop practical ways to organize your answers, stay focused under pressure, and communicate your ideas clearly.

About Me
Outside the classroom, I’ve spent the last 20 years traveling the world by motorcycle with my companion dog, Pika the Brave. Currently I’m living in Peru, not far from Machu Picchu.
Before and during my time as a teacher, I’ve worked in several fields, including computer programming, software testing, customer service, English teaching, and even bicycle mechanics. Because of this variety of experience, I’m comfortable working with professionals from many different industries.
