My name is Maria Luigia, I am 30 years old and I am from Italy.
All my adult life I have been living abroad, in the UK, in France, in Poland and in Russia. I have been studying languages for most of my life and that has definitely helped me create effective teaching methods and techniques.
I began teaching and tutoring in my student days and then it became my full time job. I'd like to think that my lessons provide the right balance between grammar and conversation, language and cultural knowledge. I love grammar and I enjoy the process of explaining it but I also love teaching cultural aspects of living in Italy breaking stereotypes.
I have experience in teaching children and adults at all levels and in preparing students for university exams and Italian language certification exams.
