3 Tips to learn faster

These days, most people are worried about the amount of things they have to learn. As if the things we should do during the day were not enough. Almost all of us have a teacher or a boss who always says what to learn, but rarely how to learn. In response to this problem, I will share with you my best 3 tips to learn faster:

Drink water while studying

Your brain is composed of approximately 70% water. It really needs to be lubricated while it is working. So I recommend you to drink at least 1 cups of water while studying.

Take notes by hand

Some researches have shown that somebody who take notes by hand while studying learn 30% more than those who don't. It doesn't matter if you are taking online classes, make sure you are taking notes by hand.

Get good sleep

There are some people who think that sleeping is a waste of time. However, it is just a false paradigm because science has shown that sleeping increases our brain heath.
Now, do not misunderstand "good sleep" with "sleep more". They are far from being the same thing. You can read more about getting good sleep on Google or watch some videos on YouTube. Your brain will be thankful and it is going to help you to learn faster.

Hello! I am DIEGO. I am from Ecuador, I have been living in Medellin - Colombia for 2 years. At the moment, I am studying at Universidad Nacional de Colombia and I work as a private Spanish teacher. For me, it was a challenge to learn English because I did not have the correct methodology. And I know that Spanish learners have many difficulties while learning the language. As a result, I used all the experience I got during my English learning process to teach my native language effectively. For your learning process you will have: - Short and punctual grammar lessons - Text/stories - Audios with mini-stories - Homework assignments - Recommendation of books, movies, and music to practice your Spanish - A lot of real Spanish speaking sessions ***If you want to know a bit more about me, book my 30min-free-lesson***
