Your spoken English is weak because you are not getting honest and constructive feedback from native speakers about your errors and because you have errors in your grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation that are now difficult to change because you have been making those errors for years or decades now. Error elimination is the key to improving your spoken English and you should have me as a teacher because I am courageous and caring enough to point out every single error that you make and focus on correcting those errors until they are completely eliminated from your English.
