Divergent and Convergent Thinking Leads to Creativity
I believe teachers should alway keep in mind how we think when we teach. Students clearly use both modes of divergent and convergent thinking but do we allow them to use both together at the same time to be creative thinkers? The challenge is of course on Verbling, or any other online teaching platform, is that we are using tech to teach rather than being with the student in the same room. So what can we do to try to increase creative thinking in our Verbling teaching?
The answer of course is to be creative in our own teaching!
