I am Dr. Yashpreet, and teaching is my passion.
I have taught English in India, and I am currently teaching Hindi & EFL in the USA; therefore, I have experienced various nuances of second/foreign language teaching. I have served as a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (Hindi) at the University of Pennsylvania, USA (2009-2010). At UPenn, I taught Beginning Hindi, Accelerated Hindi, and Business Hindi to native and non-native learners.
I believe language is a medium to understand a country and its culture, so I try to juxtapose language learning with cultural understanding by using realia in my teaching lessons.
My passion for teaching and my experience of teaching second/foreign languages have always helped the language learners in proper acquisition of the target language.
