Canvass/work space not working for students
3 года назадHi all! I'm having this problem when my student is connecting on a computer (so not with mobile). So we will be using a canvass in the workspace or watching a video. Their video will continue to work, but what they are writing in the workspace or on the canvass won't show up, or it will be super delayed. I've had students report seeing the same from me. Then at some point after this starts, they won't be able to see the workspace because they'll be stuck on the video setting. When I click on a canvass or a document, they won't "come" with me like they usually do on Verbling. It makes it really frustrating when teaching children. It's like I can't use the materials I have planned. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
