My name is Silvia and I am Colombian.
I see language learning as the first step that will open up your world to a whole new culture. This is why, in parallel with the development of the language skills, I like to include real materials and knowledge from the Hispanic world: news, traditions, famous people, songs, traditional food, places, accents, etc.
This passion for languages and teaching started while I was living abroad, and I found that I could work as a Spanish teacher. I loved the experience and started to widen my knowledge and methods to provide you with the elements you need to gain the confidence to communicate and keep advancing. Now, I am certified in ELE and have more than 5 years of experience teaching beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
