Hi, my name is Cooper White. I'm a native English Speaker, and I have a certificate in TEFL/TESOL. I've spent many years traveling around the world, which is where I got my inspiration to teach English. I'm also fluent in Spanish. I understand what it's like to learn a second language because I did it myself, first with Spanish, and more recently, with Mandarin Chinese. I can teach you English in Spanish!
My method of teaching is very applied-we will have conversations, improv acting, read newspaper articles, listen to audio, and grammar lessons. I try to do all skills-speaking, listening, reading, pronunciation, grammar, writing, all in the same class. Also, I'm a professional musician as well-so my ears are very well trained to pick up accents. I've been told by many students that I am especially good at accent reduction. What are your language learning goals?
