ENGLISH VERSION: Hi guys, my name is Giada and I love teaching languages. My high school studies were linguistic, as was my university career. I graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Pisa, with specialization in English and German. For several years I have deepened the study of these two languages with study trips to various English, German and Austrian cities where I was able to get even better into the language, which I would like to convey to each of my students. For several years I have been working as a tutor for students but also for workers or language enthusiasts who would like to learn a new language from a basic level of competence or level up. The method that my students have always appreciated is based on giving great importance to practice, to everyday and "survival" words to express yourselves and make you understand immediately. Grammar is certainly important as well as the syntactic and morphological rules of the language, but above all a lot of practice, listening and exercise is needed. My method is personalized on you, on your needs, modelled according to the student and according to the path and the objectives we set ourselves. My approach is interactive and stimulating, we will also use videos, sketches of famous films and all your study proposals will be taken into consideration. You will love German as well as English, I'm sure!
Hello! I'm Egor, and I love to teach. Since I grew up in a bilingual family in a multilingual and multicultural country, I've been interested in languages, literatures, and cultures from my childhood on. I speak German and Russian at a native speaker level, and I'm also fluent in English, French, and Spanish. I've been teaching German since 2013. As a life-long language learner, I know very well what problems the students face when learning German, and this helps me solve all the issues you're confronted with and make your German more correct, fluent, and native. I would be glad to be your German teacher!

My Name is Lisa, I'm a native german speaker teaching german for foreigners since more then 5 years. I started conducting private german classes during my studies in Vienna ( Psychology/Philosophy and Spanish to become a teacher) as a Tutor. Since then I earned a lot of teaching expierences tutoring kids, teens and aduldts abroad and in Germany. 4 years ago I started teaching German as a foreign language at a secondary school in Leipzig ( Germany), where I was teaching children and adolescents from 10 to 17 years with various mother tongue backgrounds. Besides this, I gave private lessons at the learners' places ( one to one for children, teenagers and adults, including whole families) My approach to teaching german is an individualized one, picking up the learner at its recent language level, taking into account its personal learning type ( auditive, visual, communicative,etc.). As I experienced a lot of german learners from almost every ages, levels and learning types I try to get to know him as good as I can to individualize its lessons as suitable as possible. Knowing that learning a language ( especially german ;)) can be challenging and sometimes really difficult I am always intending to create my lessons in a funny, motivating and also demanding way, to make the learner feel and see it's personal progress.
My name is Aylén. I was born in Hamburg, grew up and studied there. I am an opera singer, voice teacher and acting coach. So you never will feel bored in my lessons. ;-) I am fluent in english and Spanish. I started to teach german for the foreign music students at the conservatory and I loved it. Teaching my mother language came naturally to me and I later I decided to include german clases into my own music school´s teaching program. My experience is that a constructive and positive communication is the base of successful teaching, because it can relieve blockades in the body, in the mind and the voice. I think motivating and inspiring the student ist the most important skill of a teacher. And the ability to help the student to create a positive mindset towards the goals he/she set him/herself. If you don´t BELIEVE at first that you can make it you will not make it. This is why for me teaching is not only "correcting and giving the right information"- teaching for me is also making the people believe that they are able to speak the language and to reduce anxieties. I am very good at reducing accents, because my musician ears are trained to hear the smallest difference to correct german pronunciation and intonation and to find the reason for the difference. Due to my knowledge about all parts of the mouth and the voice as a voice teacher I can explain to you very precisely what should be done different in your pronunciation to sound like a native speaker. I think that a correct pronunciation is most important to be understood in a foreing language and should be trained from the very beginning on. So I will not oversee unclear pronounced words and correct you always. I OFFER GERMAN DICTION CLASSES FOR OPERA SINGERS HERE IN VERBLING! JUST ASK ME, IF YOU WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR GERMAN OPERA REPERTOIRE!!!
You love to speak german? In order to do so it's most important to SPEAK :) Thats's obvious, but lot's of programms offer you a rigid toolbox of sentences - with me you will find out your personal way of expressing yourself in a way in which you will feel comfortable. You need to pass an official examination? I'm well prepared to give you as much exercises as you like and help you with a light weighted sum up of the most important grammar structures you need to know to reach a certain language level. I got teachers training in the most renowned Institute (Herder Institut of the University of Leipzig) in Germany and have more than three years of practical experience teaching students of all age. + My german is accent free :) Please write me if you have any question or book a free trial lesson
What makes language learning a success? --- I have thought a lot about that question myself and had many conversations with other polyglots at the Polyglot Conference and the Polyglot Gathering about it. I have written articles that are based on those conversations, as well as on literature about language learning and learning in general that I have read over the years. If you need help with German and you prefer a teacher who takes into account your individual learning style, I am the right person. I will support you and help you find the way of learning German, that is right for you. However if you need help with preparation for a German exam or a job interview that is coming up soon, I can guarantuee you some highly effective lessons that will boost your confidence. I have several years experience of teaching students from different ages online, in person, and in different institutions. I teached German to kids from zero, prepared students that are going to study in Germany for different exams like Telc or Goethe, prepared adults for job interviews or supported doctors who are preparing for the medical "Fachspracheprüfung" (patient - doctor role play). Languages are an important thing for me. Currently I study Chinese because I would like to translate Chinese literature. I would also like to learn a minority language from Africa, probably Tigrinya and work there for some time. Apart from that music is really important for me. I love playing the piano, composing and play in bands. Another really important thing is travelling. I really like to travel indepently and spontaneous. Also hitchhiking.
