Hello. My name is Laima. I am a native Romanian and Russian speaker from the Republic of Moldova.
I am on Verbling to encourage you to learn Romanian or help you advance in practising this beautiful language.
I can help with the preparation for the ROMANIAN CITIZENSHIP interview (test).
I have a Licence in Philology of Modern and Classical Languages. I have been working as an English and French teacher for 12 years and also teach Romanian and Russian as second languages to foreign volunteers.
I love my job. My aim is to make my students enjoy learning the language and feel free and confident when using it. I consider each student a personality that’s why I have an individual aproach based on their interests and needs, and I try to find the most efficient working methods and make classes funny and relaxed.

Since I know myself I adore foreign languages. My favourite one is Italian. There is no language so melodious as Italian, it's really the best music composition. I like French a lot because I find it very elegant. I like also Jane Austen's language and Don Quixote's language. In fact, at the moment, I'm still improving my English and Spanish. And, of course, I like my mother tongue, Romanian. It is a mix of many foreign languages. This is the reason why is easy enough to be studied by foreigners. Since I was a child, foreign languages were my strength. Therefore, I studied foreign languages in High School, at University (Linguistics and Literature, "Al. I. Cuza" University of Iași, Romania). I am a professional online language teacher with over 600 classes online, mainly Romanian classes. I speak English fluently, French well, I manage to communicate in Russian and of course I speak Romanian as a native.I have been raised in Romania in a family of intellectuals, my mother being a French teacher in high school for all her life and I have liked languages from the early school period. Now is my main passion and also a source of income. Though, I try to do it as professionally as can be done. I have been teaching online for over four years.
