How it works I teach practical communication frameworks (PREP, SPIN, STAR) so you know how to organise your thoughts before you speak, and can use them the same day. They come from my book Say It Better, available on Amazon.
After a few weeks, my clients typically:
- speak in meetings without rehearsing every sentence
- open and structure a presentation with a clear message
- stay calm and clear when someone pushes back
