Hola! Ni hao! Hello community! I am a TEFL/TESOL certified teacher living in Bogota, Colombia. I am a native English speaker, an English teacher, traveler, musician, poet, writer and all around language enthusiast. I have had the privileged of visiting China, Haiti, Kenya, U.A.E., Colombia and lived in Canada. I am an ambassador in Cross-cultural relations and a political science major. I enjoy teaching English to new and experienced learners, I always try to make my lessons comical, energetic and visually stimulating. As an educator I enjoy creating customized lesson plans for my students according to their language needs. Each class starts with an assessment to determine the students language level. I have developed many tips and tricks to help students learn and engage with the language they are learning. Also, as a language learner myself I've developed philosophies and methods of learning that can benefit each student. Language should be fun to learn and I try to make it a pleasurable experience (even with grammar!!). As an avid reader, writer, and musician I can offer great suggestions on public material to use. Scroll through some of my lessons and book me today!
