I taught math, science and computers for 21 years at the junior high and high school levels and I taught computers to business students at the college level.. Once I retired, I began teaching English to students since I moved to Mexico and people were asking for help with their language skills. Every day she studied English textbooks for 4 hours! She tried to remember 50 new vocabulary words every day! But, after 6 months of hard work, she still could not speak. Sadly, this was true for all of the students in the class. I felt terrible. So I asked other teachers for help. But they had the same problem.. very few of their students improved either. I have lots of experience with general and business English at all ages and levels. I have taught monolingual and multilingual classes in many countries including Ecuador, the Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and Australia. I am bilingual, I speak Spanish fluently.
