Having visited more than 30 countries over the past years, I have discovered that my true passion is both traveling and people. I love working with people and as a teacher, I have a true admiration for those who decide to learn a new language. In my classes, I use a simple and useful method based on the 4 pillars that are needed to understand a language: Grammar, vocabulary, writing and conversation. I hope to teach and also learn from my students.

Hola, my name is José, I am from Barcelona (Spain) and I am Spanish teacher for foreigners since 2015. I am currently living in Boston, where I work as Spanish Heritage teacher in the British International School. In the past, I have worked in different schools in Barcelona, London, Zürich and also as online teacher with students from all over the world. Even if I finished Journalism at the University, I decided to do a Spanish Training Course to become a teacher because I found that teaching is my true professional vocation. I like learning about other cultures and helping everyone who wants to learn my language and the Spanish and Latin-American worlds. My way of teaching is always based on communication. Spanish is my native language, and I studied it at the University of Gothenburg (Sweden), where I also studied didactics. Instead of memorizing boring rules, my method focuses on finding the logic and focusing on real communication. In 2015, I started working in schools, and since 2017, I have been teaching Spanish exclusively online on my own.
