Advice for your English Teacher

Teachers should be just as open to learning as their students. As I teacher, I believe I can always keep improving! I have over 5 years of experience teaching English, but of course I can always keep adding new knowledge to my repertoire. So I want to hear from you! 

-What are some characteristics you think make a good English teacher? 
-Do you remember your favorite teacher (it doesn't have to be a language teacher)? Why was he or she your favorite? 
-What do you enjoy doing most in English lessons?
