This is a question many people ask me when they request "just conversation, no lessons".
Is that possible? Becoming more fluent by just talking to someone who speaks native quality English? Sure, for those who are 0-10 years old. Children acquire a language. They don't learn it as adults do. Learning English - or any language - as a second language, becomes harder and harder as we grow older - starting at 10 or even earlier for some people. more difficult; we don't simply "absorb" a language by immersion. It actually involves a lot of work. But this work can be enjoyable, meaningful.
So, conversation? Yes! With feedback, corrections, explanations, translation, studying and practicing.
