Can I write an article about Indonesia in any language?

I checked articles in German and the articles were all about Germany or tips to learn German, I checked articles in Mandarin and the articles were obviously about China or Mandarin. I was wondering if I can write articles about Indonesia in various languages; English, German, Mandarin (though I'm not fluent yet I manage to get my articles proofread & corrected by natives). Is it possible to do so? Because I noticed many articles in English section weren't all about promoting English but also other languages and cultures.
