Chrome and Firefox Problems
5 years agoI am having a lot of problems getting through a lesson without some kind of technical difficulties. Both Chrome and Firefox are recommended by Verbling, but I am having problems with both!
Using Chrome, the tab often crashes without warning, resulting in an "Aw, Snap" message, and a puzzled student left waiting for me to refresh and reconnect. I have researched this error, and worked through the recommended fixes: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95669?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en None of them have fixed it!
So I try Firefox, which is the browser that I use most of the time when not teaching. More often than not, I cannot connect with my student at all, even though my video and microphone have apparently been set up and accepted by Firefox.
Does anyone have any observations or suggestions? I am getting quite desperate!
