Correction Tool- no longer working

Hey community!

For the last week or so my favourite tool- the correction tool in the messaging system- has not been working. 

I click on the green check mark to go about the correction, am able to in-put the  edit, and then cannot click submit... 

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this glitch, or if anyone knows how to troubleshoot it?
