My motivation phrase of the day.

Have the courage to believe that you can improve things, improve your own world and the world of those around you, by imagining how you can do something everyday and necessary in a new way. Have the ambition to believe that you are worth more and that you can achieve more than you can even imagine. Life is most definitely not a bed of roses, but without the courage to believe that you can do better, you never will.
