Discussion Topic: What kind of learner are you? ...

3 年前
Not all students learn the same!
Take time to figure out what kind of learner you are.

ASK yourself:

1. Am I a visual learner? Do I need to see something in writing or image-form to understand it better and remember it better?...

2. Am I an auditory learner? Do I need to hear things repeated to me and used in verbal examples or even through music and varied tones so that I can better improve my comprehension? ...

3. Am I a logical learner? Do I always need to know the reason why something is the way it is? Do I comprehend better once I realize the logic behind the rule and know that there is a pattern to the process? ...

4. Am I a physical learner? Do I need to move my hands, make body gestures and facial expressions to better comprehend the meaning behind words and expressions?...

5. Am I a social learner? Do I need to share my life experiences and listen to other's life experiences as examples that help me learn better? Does knowing a story or feeling behind new information make me progress better in my learning? ...

6. Am I a solitary learner? Do I need to self-motivate and study on my own to improve? By using my own determination, I can depend on myself to learn using any resource available.

.... Knowing what kind of learner you are may help you to develop a better study system! ... Good luck! :)
