Engslih in Britain

Hi Everyone, 

I am planning to visit an English spoken country for a month. Could you please suggest me a part of Britain where the accent is OK or another country in which I can improve my English? 

I would like to go with my family. So I also looking for some community where I can know new people and improve yourself.
