Fancy a cuppa?

I love tea and I love cultures. I can´t teach without a cup of tea :) Of course that´s what you would expect from a Brit! Strong tea with a dash of milk and a teaspoon of sugar.  My favourite tea is Indian chai, such a perfect reflection of Indian culture; colourful, spicy, full of depth and intensity. What about you? How do you take your tea? What´s the tea drinking culture in your country like?  In England a tea taboo is adding milk before the hot water :/ Are there tea taboos in your country?
