How long does it take to create a new habit for you?
A habit is something you do every day without thinking or planning it too much. It is usually automatic, like making a sandwich for your lunch or having coffee at breakfast in the morning.
Good habits for me are doing sports like running and swimming, reading every day, and doing new activities like studying languages.

For me I never know how many days it takes to start a new activity. When I decide to take up a new activity I just try to do it every single day. What about you?
