I have taken the German lesson from Andreas yesterday and I am very disappointed with an unprofessional attitude. First, audio wasn't working for 25 mins. Somehow we managed to do it and t
hen Andreas was itself confused for 10-15 mins on a topic and then he corrected himself. The effective class was only for 15-20 mins. Andreas didn't compensated for the loss of time for a class which as supposed to last 60 mins. I have cancelled all the remaining 19 classes. Can you please let me know when will i get refund back into my account for the money i paid for 19 classes please. I raised this query yesterday 9PM CET to the helpdesk but not response so far.
