I had been going through some bad times! Anyways, I started watching movies and reading books that can help me out to overcome this problem! I figured out that the key to be reach my goal was " a positive mind" Since I have been trying to change my daily routines and minset, moving all negative feelings, I feel too much better! I think I am a better daugther, friend, gf, teacher, students and so on! I do feel my before and after! What about you?
