How to say in Japanese when you want do something?

What we often say is

(Can I do …?)

(I’m gonna do…)

I believe most people over the world would choose to say “①~してもいいですか?” when you want to do something.

If you ask whether you can do something or not, that actually means you want to do that .

(f.g.)
Can I speak now?

When we don’t need one’s permission to do something, you can choose to say “②~しようとおもいます。”

(f.g.)
I’m gonna take an entrance exam of Tokyo University next year.

When we feel we need to do something or we just want to do something no matter how other people think, you can choose to say…

(I want to do…)
Or
(I want to do…)
(f.g.)

I want to see you now.

I would like to increase the number of employees.
