I couldn't join the lesson and it's 2 days I haven't heard anything from support. Please advice what to do.

Hi guys.

Me and my teacher were able to join the same lesson, but we didn't see each other (Verbling showed us each of us entered the lesson alone). I wrote a request to ZenDesk, but it's 2 days I don't hear anything from Verbling. 

Could somebody please help me with this? My next lesson is scheduled in 3 days and it might be missed because of the same reason.
