I currently finished a two hour lesson with one student but it was two separate bookings right after each other. After finishing the lessons, Verbling sent me a notification telling me that I missed the last lesson and that I did not attend it 🙁. How can I contact Verbling and explain the situation to them. I'm still very new here and do not know what the right steps are of dealing with this type of situation. Please help. 🙏
