"Keep up" - Phrasal verb

Hi everyone,

Let's take a look at the phrasal verb "keep up"...

You can use it in 3 different ways:

Keep up - to move at the same pace as someone else
Keep up - to stay informed about something
Keep up - to stay up late (past one's bedtime)

Now check out this simple phrasal verb being used in three sentences and try to work out which meaning is being used in which context:

a) I didn't mean to keep you up with my phone call.
b) I guess you could say I've been keeping up with him/her via Facebook/Instagram.
c) Please do try to keep up, I wouldn't want you getting lost!
