وَجَدَتْ دِرَاسَةٌ سُوَيْدِيَّةٌ حَدِيثَةٌ أَنَّ نَقْصَ النَّوْمِ يُمْكِنُ أَنْ يُلْحِقَ أَضْرَارًا بِالدِّمَاغِ تَمَامًا مِثْلَ التَّعَرُّضِ لِضَرْبَةٍ عَلَى الرَّأْسِ. وَوَجَدَ الْبَاحِثُونَ أنَّ عَدَمَ النَّوْمِ وَلَوْ فِي لَيْلَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ يُسَبِّبُ تَغْيِيرَاتٍ فِي الدِّمَاغِ مُشَابِهَةً لِلَّتِي تَحْصُلُ بَعْدَ التَّعَرُّضِ لِضَرْبَةٍ عَلَى الرَّأْسِ.
Un reciente estudio sueco descubrió que la pérdida de sueño puede causar daños en el cerebro al igual que la exposición a un golpe en la cabeza. A recent Swedish study found out that sleep loss can cause damage to the brain just like exposure to a blow on the head. The researchers found that the lack of sleep, even in one night causes changes in the brain similar to that you get after exposure to a blow to the head.
وَقَالَ الْعُلُمَاءُ إِنَّ الشَّبَابَ الَّذِينَ شَمِلَتْهُمُ الدِّرَاسَةُ، أَظْهَرُوا ارْتِفَاعًا فِي الْمَوَادِّ الْكِيمْيَائِيَّةِ نَفْسِهَا الَّتِي تُشِيرُ لِتَضَرُّرٍ فِي الدِّمَاغِ. وَكَانَتْ دِرَاسَاتٌ أُخْرَى قَدْ أَظْهَرَتْ أَنَّ نَقْصَ النَّوْمِ يَزِيدُ خَطَرَ الْإِصَابَةِ بِأَلْزْهَايْمَرْ وَمَرَضِ بَارْكِنْسُون وَالتَّصَلُّبِ الْمُتَعَدِّدِ.
Los científicos dijeron que los jóvenes encuestados, mostraron un aumento de la misma sustancia química que se refiere a un daño en el cerebro. The scientists said that the young people surveyed, showed an increase in the chemical itself that refers to a damage in the brain. Other studies have shown that lack of sleep increases the risk of developing Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis.
