Switch your phone, computer or any devise to Spanish. Challenge yourself and do not switch it back! This will help you with new vocabulary.
Try singing spanish songs, learning some of them. Try watching spanish youtubers that address the topics you are interested in.

There are many books you can read depending on your level!
Finally, try thinking in spanish.
If you are learning the numbers, the days of the week or whatever topic you are working on. Try using the words you learn everyday. Start counting in spanish, tell your friends what you did "el viernes pasado".
And finally, practice with a native speaker!
