Listening Survey (Which types of questions do you prefer?)

Which types of questions do you prefer for listening out of the following types:
1. multiple choice
2. missing words, (gap fill)
3. true or false
4. open questions
5. any other types, (please specify)
My personal opinion is that gap fills are pretty good for listening for particular words and I think they are fairly easy.
I really want to know your opinions on this topic. Say I was going to design a listening activity for you, which types of questions would you like to see included? How much time do you want to spend on the activity as a whole?
