Present Perfect + Simple Past in combination ??

Hey, which one is better:

"Hey Frank, everytime when I've been to your office nobody was there."

Or

"Hey Frank, everytime when I was in your office, nobody was there."

I'm not sure. Its a finished action in the past but it has also something to do with the present.
