Problem with scheduling - no way to contact Verbling for immediate response?

Edited to resolve: After a few days Verbling fixed their glitch, which affected people with lessons (either teacher or student) in that particular country (though same-country lessons were likely ok still). The glitch was a mishandled timezone shift. Anybody else with other issues - nope, you're not missing a contact page or web site, and the "chat" icon to contact support is incorrect, it's essentially an email without an email address and will take at least a day to get a response (longer on a holiday or weekend? Who knows! They're not telling anybody useful information like that!), and likely several more to resolve anything with solutions only in Verbling's power to resolve. So you're out of luck if you need answers or help on a shorter timescale or are looking for any kind of schedule / consistency for responses.

Original: I scheduled a bunch of lessons with my teacher, the earliest was a 7AM and the latest was 8PM, however they showed up as late as 11PM in her time zone (which is one hour off, two with time change, never ever three), and overlap lessons which are already scheduled in Verbling at the correct time (so somehow her confirmed schedule has moved around). I started a chat, and got a bot response " Verbling typically replies in a day. " which to me defeats the purpose of having a chat instead of email - and the scheduling issue may cause her problems with students TODAY.

What's my best bet at getting someone's attention on this NOW? She's currently in the middle of a lesson, so I figured I'd run interference for her until her schedule frees up and she can try to get answers, but I'm not sure she'll have any more success than I will.
