Site Problem???

The other day and then again just now I am having issues with students and I not being able to see or hear one another.  I hear them blip in but nothing.  I have had two laptops going at the same time and have the same problem so I dare say it's not something to do with cookies and such.  At times, I have received the connection difficulty box in the middle of my screen, but funny how I haven't had the problem on my other tutoring site that requires an Internet check every time I log in.  Also, my student and I moved over to Whats App using our phones and no problem with a WiFi connection there.  Oh, and I had two lessons earlier this morning and no problem.  Grrrr.....
