كَشَفَ مُحَافِظُ الْبَنْكِ الْمَرْكَزِيِّ السُّودَانِيِّ عَنْ تَعَثُّرِ عَدَدٍ مِنَ الْبُنُوكِ السُّودَانِيَّةِ بِمَا يُهَدِّدُ بِانْهِيَارِهَا، فِي وَقْتٍ رَبَطَ فِيهِ خُبَرَاءُ اقْتِصَادِيُّونَ بَيْنَ تَدَهْوُرِ أَوْضَاعِهَا وَالسِّيَاسَاتِ الْمَالِيَّةِ غَيْرِ الْمُسْتَقِرَّةِ الَّتِي تَعْتَمِدُهَا الْحُكُومَةُ مُمَثَّلَةً فِي الْبَنْكِ الْمَرْكَزِيِّ نَفْسِهِ.
El presidente del Banco Central de Sudán reveló que una serie de bancos sudaneses están tropezando, lo que amenaza a su colapso, en momentos en que los economistas conectan entre el deterioro de las condiciones y las políticas fiscales inestables, las que el gobierno adopte (aprueba), representadas en el banco centro propio.
The president of the Central Bank of Sudan revealed that a number of Sudanese banks are stumbling, which threatens to their collapse, at a time when economists link between the deteriorating conditions and unstable fiscal policies which the government adopts (approves), represented in the central bank itself.
وَأَشَارُوا إلَى مَا سَمّوْهُ التَّجَاوُزَاتِ الْإجْرَائِيَّةَ لِنَافِذِينَ مَعَ كَافَّةِ الْمَصَارِفِ الْمَحَلِّيَّةِ، مُشِيرِينَ إلَى أنَّ أكْثَرَ مِنْ 70% مِنَ التَّمْوِيلِ الْبَنْكِيِّ يَتَمَرْكَزُ عِنْدَ فِئَةٍ قَلِيلَةٍ مِنْ رِجَالٍ -لا يَتَجَاوَزُ عَدَدُهُمْ ثَلاثَمِائِةِ عُنْصُرٍ- مُقَرَّبِينَ مِنَ الْحُكُومَةِ.
Señalaron a lo que ellos llaman abusos procesales de las personas influyentes con todos los bancos locales, señalando que más del 70% de la financiación bancaria están estacionados (concentrados) en un pequeño grupo de hombres -no más de trescientos individuos- que están cerca del gobierno.
They pointed out to what they called procedural abuses of influential individuals with all local banks, pointing out that more than 70% of banking finance are stationed (concentrated) at a small group of men –not exceeding more than three hundred individuals- who are close to the government.
