TIEMPOS VERBALES ABSOLUTOS Y RELATIVOS III
5 years agoLos tiempos verbales (verb tenses) reflejan la línea temporal (presente, pasado, futuro) expresada por el hablante (speaker).
Los tiempos verbales en el modo indicativo pueden ser absolutos o relativos:
Son absolutos cuando el hablante expresa el tiempo verbal en el momento de la enunciación.
Son relativos cuando el tiempo verbal usado está en relación con el tiempo absoluto. Los tiempos relativos pueden expresarse como un tiempo absoluto.
El PRETÉRITO PLUSCUAMPERFECTO (PAST PERFECT) es un tiempo verbal relativo:
Me dijeron (pretérito) que había venido (pret. pluscuamperfecto) la semana pasada.
They told me that s/he had come last week.
